If you are experiencing fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, muscle pain Headache or If you have been in contact with someone with these symptoms, Please DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE.

If you have COVID-19 test pending please notify us immediately and DO NOT enter Our building.

1- MASK is required at all times while you are inside the Office building.

2- Only 1 person is allowed at a time in office. No visitors are other than the patient allowed unless it is absolutely necessary due to physical or mental disability.

3- Please wait in your car until we call you at the time of your name to bring you in.

4- We are practising social distancing at all times. Please be mindful while in the clinic.

1- We provide Telehealth services through Hippa compliant platform

We will call you 10 minutes prior to your appointment to send you a link either through email or text as per your preference.

You will need A smartphone or Laptop to do a Telehealth Visit.

It is recommended to have good light and Quiet background for best Quality.

Please bring all your medication with you.

Please be ready with your weight and Blood pressure If you have a Blood pressure Monitor at home.

For all HMO plans we need Updated Prior Authorization from Primary Care Offices prior to making Appointments.
